알바 절반이상이 단기알바생를 좋아하는 것으로 보여졌다. 아르바이트생몬이 30대에서 30대아르바이트생 2,509명을 타겟으로 '알바 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 통계조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 알바들은 6개월미만 일하는 '초장기아르바이트생'보다 4개월이상 일하는 '장기알바생'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.

야간 알바 경험은 여성(79.8%)이 여성(62.7%)에 16.7%포인트(P) 높았으며, 남성이 여성에 비해 상대적으로 택배 상·하차 아르바이트를 하는 비율이 9.2%P 높았다. 남성의 경우 호프집 등 서빙 알바를 하는 비율이 7.2%P 높았다.
